At MAGKIT, we ensure your order is packed securely and delivered with care across India.

 

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.Orders placed during sales or high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.

 

 

2. Shipping Time

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

  •  Free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment

 

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Delays & Delivery Issues

MAGKIT is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural events
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

 

MAGKIT is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

 

 

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel (if visibly damaged), or
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
