Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • The product must be unused and in good condition
  • The original box and packaging must be included
  • The invoice/receipt (proof of purchase) must be provided
  • Used products will not be accepted for return

If the product is returned without the box, invoice, or original packaging, the return request will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

Contact us right away if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

MAGKIT products can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized products
  • Limited-edition items
  • Products purchased during special sales

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
